Limerick Sport Huskies is launching a six-week free basketball academy for girls aged 6–15. Girls will be grouped by age. Sessions take place every Saturday from 3pm to 5pm at Limerick Educate Together Secondary School, beginning in late March and running through May. A light lunch will be provided each week.
This programme is supported by our partners at the Limerick Enterprise Development Partnership (LEDP) as part of our Inclusion & Access initiative.

Limerick Sport Huskies is a women’s basketball club based in Limerick, Ireland. With teams from under 10s right up to National League level, the aim of the club is to develop players from the local community and lead them and our teams to continued success at the highest level.
And to enjoy ourselves along the way.

The Mission of our Club is to promote the development and playing of basketball in our Community, to be a uniting force in our region, to encourage the participation of all sectors of our Community in our sporting and social activities, and to support the development of our members in an environment of sportsmanship, inclusiveness, mutual respect and social responsibility.
